Tips & Tidbits

Thank you very much for visiting my site and for supporting a lady with heart and passion for everything sourdough! Below are important tips and recommendations for enjoying, heating and storing my creations as well as a few more tidbits:

  • Every pretzel is made with the finest of ingredients and are 99.9% certified GMO FREE (I left .1% open as an occasional item may not be labeled or available but this is a HUGE sticking point with me and I am all about just say NO to the GMO!

  • Each ball of pretzel dough weighs approximately 4.5 oz. prior to boiling and baking and the final weight will vary depending on the flavor pretzel and added toppings for your enjoyment :)

  • All gluten free pretzels are made in a fully non-contaminated workspace and made using certified GF ingredients. I am a FREAK about this as a friend is extremely gluten sensitive.

  • All non-dairy/vegan creations are made using ingredients that are labeled as such.

  • I've included NEWS on this page and ask that you watch for me to post to social media new flavors and creations as there will be more to come!

  • All flavors of pretzels  including GF/vegan are best when reheated in the oven @ 350 degrees for 5-10 mins or an air fryer is even better and quicker! Keep a close eye on the S'more marshmallows so they don't burn! The original crisp on the exterior and chew in the middle is to die for!
  • A fork and knife may be helpful :)
  • Get creative! I love a side of maple syrup with many flavors, a side of marinara with the bruschetta pretzel, and queso dip for the jalapeno, etc. Get social and show me your favorites!

For THE BEST pretzel enjoyment....
  • All ingredients are fully baked both inside and on top of all pretzels. Certain scones may contain milk in the glaze but know that once a glaze hardens the scone is safe to store as follows.
  • May be stored on the counter in an air tight container for a couple of days or refrigerated for up
    to one week.
  • All pretzels and scones freeze well. Wrap individually in press & seal or plastic wrap and then place in an air tight baggie or container.  Be sure to bring to room temperature before enjoying and reheating.
